Some air conditioning and heating problems can DOUBLE operating costs without reducing comfort.
  • Up to 80% of all air conditioning and heat pump compressor failures could be eliminated if the problems that lead to the failure were corrected in a timely manner.
  • A "freon" (refrigerant) undercharge of only 10% can increase operating costs by almost 20%.

Peak Performance Service Agreement Program


Standard Plan - Available on all systems.


Discount - The Company will provide a 15% discount on all repair parts. Emergency labor will be reduced by $2.00 per hour below our prevailing labor rate.

Preferential Service - The Company will provide emergency service to you before nonagreement customers.

Hours of Service - The services covered by this agreement will be scheduled during the company's regular working hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays. After hours or weekend scheduling is available for an additional charge.

Parts - The agreement does not include any parts or materials except maintenance materials (lubrication/cleaning supplies) necessary to perform the required maintenance.

Repairs - Any repairs required beyond those provided in this agreement will be brought to your attention and will be billed on a time and material basis. Payment is due 10 days after receipt of repair invoice. The company shall not be liable for any loss arising from delay, failure to discover a condition requiring repair or replacement or as a consequence of any performance under this agreement.

Premium Plan - Available on all systems less than 10 years old.


Emergency Service - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Repair Parts - After an existing defects are corrected, all parts* in the systems are covered.

* (Excluding compressors, heat exchangers, and line voltage wiring or component.)
