SUMMARY:

Owen R., a homeowner in North Adams, Massachusetts, was remodeling his home and looking to transition from oil heat to an energy-efficient heat pump system. The Benefits: The five-zone heating and air conditioning system provides customized comfort throughout the home. Each zone can be controlled independently, allowing heating and cooling energy to be directed toward specific areas as needed rather than conditioning the entire home at once.
